Movement Electronic Music Festival 2016

The Movement Electronic Music Festival is back in town! Hosted by Paxahau Events the globally recognized annual electronic dance music event will be celebrating its 10th year anniversary since it’s inception in 2006.

GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award German electronic music band, Kraftwerk will be one of the main acts headlining the festival along with Modeselektor, and Dubfire. A recent announcement includes new lineups to the festival with other acts such as Adam Beyer, Eddie Fowlkes and Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA .Over 130 artists are expected to premiere.

“Looking back at how much the festival has grown over the past 10 years has been an incredible experience,” says Paxahau founder, Jason Huvaere. “As the festival landscape continues to evolve, Movement’s founding principles and creative vision remain true to the music culture that inspires us.”

The event will be Memorial Day weekend May 28 – 30 at Hart Plaza.

Attendees should get their tickets in advance as tickets are expected to be sold out as they were in 2015. 111,000 people from around the world attended last year’s event.
