My name is Gabriel. That name is just awesome for a demon hunting bad a**. Almost as cool as Dante except better suited for its time. Castlevania Lord of Shadows is basically Simon Belmont meets Devil May Cry. The new feel to a classic game is great. Gabriel is your tradional demon slayer carrying the signature Castlevania whip used to lay waste to the hordes in his path. I’m not going to get into his personal story quite yet but we are going to talk a bit about the controls. The ability to fluidly switch targets while using the whip makes you feel like a serious prevayer of good. Can’t help but point out the simiarities to Devil May Cry but its still an excellent game. 6 Max@Plays out of 7.
