Its dark. Its creepy. And you fight with anything you can get your hands on. Its Condemned 2. This paranoia inducing first person action game puts you in the shoes of Ethan Thomas, former FBI agent that resigned after the events of the first Condemned, who is currently a violent alcoholic with trips of psychosis, who doesn’t want to experience that? Not to reveal to much of the story Ethan’s past comes back to haunt him when he discovers that Serial Killer X is still alive and well. As mentioned this game is beyond dark and watching the evil demons spawn from the sidewalks and walls will make your skin crawl. This game is mainly melee based giving you the use of your fist, feet, pipes and any other object you can swing or pull of a wall. Graphically the game is beautiful and depending on your personal lighting situation you may find yourself playing with the brightness controls just to make sure you are seeing what your supposed to. Since Ethan was a detective your expected to pick up on subtle clues that point you in the direction you need to go, which Condemned 2 has done a great job at doing. The game is pretty intense and since its been out for awhile there is no doubt you can find it used somewhere. 6 Max@Play’s out of 7
