In this battle at Palumpolum Snow and Hope are going to battle a huge monster called the Ushumgal Subjugator. This monster is huge and issues devastating attacks. The first point of advice is to never let your health go below half. Especially Hope, this monster can damage both characters at once so be weary of that. The combo that worked for me was Super Soldier first, then Slash and Burn and Dual casting to stagger. Make sure you take time to heal regularly and you should make short work of this boss.
