Left 4 Dead 2 Preview

Valve is known for release some of the greatest fps games, Half Life and Left 4 Dead, and I expect when Left 4 Dead 2 finally comes out it will live up to the hype. I had an oppurtunity to play the demo on Xbox 360 and I have to say I expected more. Now don’t get me wrong its a great game and I know the biggest thing about this game is the replay experience but for my first time around I can’t say I was impressed.
The game honestly seems like it should have been an add on to the orginal L4D. A new cast and new levels don’t make it a new game...well maybe it does. So based on only 1 play thru and first impressions, I wouldn’t rush out to get this game unless I was totally in love with the first game. I loved the game but I can’t say I’m geeked up about it.
I will say its pretty and the conversation between the characters seems a little more interesting. The concersation is more than “I hear a Hunter” or “BOOMER!” Expect somthing more detailed after my 2nd play thru or when I play the full version.
