Red Faction Guerilla

First things first, I love the new Geo-Mod 2.0 engine, which allows you to destroy your enviroment piece by piece. If nothing else attracts you to this game, the ability to tear down any structure you come across should. Gets a little chaotic at times but nothing too overwhelming.
So lets get started with Red Faction Guerilla by Violition/THQ for XBox 360, and this game can be addictive and quite aggravating. When the EDF, Earth Defense Force, is after you they swarm like bees and if your in a secluded area, like I was, you will get no back up and most likely die. I just completed liberating the first sector and I’m going to give you a short attack plan so you don’t struggle like I did.
The Key to beating the last mission to liberate Parker is to keep your armored truck intact for as long as possible. If it gets destroyed your pretty much done for since the EDF will never get out of their vehicles so you can jump in, this is not GTA. Your objective is to destroy 12 towers located in an isolate area of the map so that the Red Faction can move without being detected. If you blow up the first tower right away your threat level automactically goes into the red which will increase your difficulty. What I did was set charges on the first 3 towers, and detonate them at the same time. It gives you a little push when its time to run. The next step is to DRIVE LIKE HELL. Don’t worry about trying to shoot or even run over the EDF and don’t worry about using your charges to blow up the towers. If you just hit the towers dead on you will take them down. If your lucky the EDF will destroy a couple for you trying to take you out.
Once you’ve destroyed the last tower the mission will be complete, the game will autosave, and magically the EDF will disappear and no longer be after you. And for all your hardwork you’ll get a nifty achievement to help your gamer score. Hope This helps
