Sony Interactive Entertainment president and CEO, Andrew House has announced that the company will be building a more powerful version of the PlayStation 4. it will be titled PlayStation 4.5 or Neo.
House says that the Neo will join the current system to “sit alongside and complement” it. Also for those who are worried about game compatibility. “All games will support the standard PS4 and we anticipate all or a very large majority of games will also support the high-end PS4,” House said.
House says the current PS4 and newer model will support the PlayStation VR headset.
The console will not be shown at E3 Expo this week.
