Adding to the rotation of Team Max@Play’s game list is “Orcs Must Die! Unchained” available on Steam. The premises gathered is that of many tower defense games where you, and your team, are preventing orcs of various sizes and strengths from reaching your goal. OMD is the first tower defense game reviewed on Max@Play that offers a multiplayer co-op function as well as an active attack mode. The feature of being able to do more than set traps and defense towers is appealing. Each player can choose from a variety of heroes, each with their own set of skills that add to the team. Similar to another Team Max@Play favorite, Smite, the list of available heroes change periodically, meaning your

favorite hero may not be available to play during a given day. “Orcs Must Die” does offer in game purchases where you can permanently unlock your favorite hero and purchase different skins. This cartoon style tower defense is graphically beautiful. The training commentary and animations are entertaining and engaging. Stay tuned for more news on this and other games.
