What role will you play in the zombie apocalypse? – State of Decay 2
The Zeds are everywhere! And it’s up to us to bond together to survive during this state of decay. The latest installment to the State of Decay series is the long awaited sequel State of Decay 2. This time around they expand on everything that fans loved about the original. The character development is phenomenal. It is now more imperative to have team members who specialize in different areas versus trying to make a bunch of well-rounded people. You need someone who’s good with their hands to expand on your home base and make repairs. You need someone whose fluid in medicine and first aid to take care of the people when they get sick or infected, as well as if you need help while you’re out in the field. And why were talking about being out in the field, you need a Weapon Specialist , just to name a few areas of focus. It still offers the micro manage aspect, you have to find food, keep your settlers happy, conflict resolution and train people like it’s predecessor but now offers three worlds now, they don’t vary to drastically but it’s enough to keep you interested. There’s also the addition of the red plague, which reminds Us of the Dead Rising 2 infections where you need to be treated with Zombrex every few hours to keep from turning. This isn’t a bad thing at all, it has another aspect to the game as well as your normal hunting for supplies hunting for survivors, looking for a new base and even the additional element of Defending against other survivors. As if you didn’t have enough to worry about with all the zombies running around and the super zombies running around, and the plague, you now have to wonder if you can trust this person you just found. Team Max@Play it’s eager and ready to sync hours upon hours of game time into this new edition. We have high hopes with the new co-op aspect, interacting with other humans in a game always as a feeling of unpredictability but also a sense of camaraderie, pending the situations.
