Kiss the Girl! Save the World!

A boy named Itsuka Shido meets a spirit girl who has been rejected by a devastated world. The girl, who Shido names Tohka, happens to have wiped out much of humanity 30 years ago, and now she is back. The only way to stop her is to date her.

Welcome back anime lovers! This time around Team Max@play is looking at another harem anime called “Date A Live”. Based on the trailer, dubbed by Funimation, Shido is a high school student tasked with the job of preventing these destructive “Spirits” from destroying humanity again. To do this, Shido must date them and distract them from their task.Tohka Yatogami, codenamed Princess, is one of the main heroines and the first spirit to be saved by Shido Itsuka. He was instructed to save her by his foster sister Kotori, commander of the Fraxinus EX Airship.

Commentary

“Date A Live” reminds me of a Team Max@Play favorite anime, “Sekirei” if you added a phone app and had to save the world.
