Ohayocon 2023 – A Guide For Attendees
Max@Play is getting a jump on 2023 and all of the activities and adventures we’ll be going on in 2023, and the first one is we’ll be returning is is Columbus, Ohio to go to Ohayocon.

Date & Location
The event will take place January 20 – 23 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus hotel in the greater Columbus Convention Center
COVID 19 Policies for Ohayocon
In order to be admitted to and remain at Ohayocon, all attendees five years and older must provide either:
- proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to the day of arrival at the registration center
- proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an appropriate, licensed medical professional within three days of arrival at the registration center.
Additionally masks are required on at all times.
Entry Fees
Children 12 and under are admitted FREE with an paid adult admission pass. Children must be supervised at all.
Friday: $40 per badge
Saturday: $50 per badge
Sunday: $50 per badge
Weekend badges $70.00 pre-sale ends January 4 for weekend badges.
