Gaming, Mental Health, and Adulting #LFTE
Welcome back fellow gamers! Its been some time where I spoke on the struggles of being a productive adult and managing mental health. Gaming and anime were great ways to break the cycle of work, pay bills, stress and sleep. I’m grateful there is a thriving community of gamers that support this, versus the groups that tend to call it a childish activity. To each its own, just let us have our cake. I touched a few games, taking advantage of the Epic Playstore. For those that are late to the party, Epic regularly gives out free games from every spectrum of the gaming industry. Claiming games just to add to the library leaves room to find genre that you’re in the mood for. You don’t want to shoot zombies, cool, team up and make some burgers. Would you like to take a nice drive, you have your choice from realistic to animated. Sometimes you just want to Party Hard! All this is being said to help you find something you decompress with, maybe party up with friends. Break away from the day to day of adulting. I hope this helps and thanks for visiting Max@Play.
